5. Intellectual Property

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVOK.EMAIL AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
  • Damages exceeding the amount paid to us in the 12 months prior to the event
  • Any matter beyond our reasonable control

This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Revok.email and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the service.

9. Termination and Suspension

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if:

  • We receive a court order or legal requirement to do so
  • We believe your actions may cause legal liability for us or others
  • We decide to discontinue the service
  • Extended periods of inactivity

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be held in Delaware, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Revok.email regarding the use of our service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
